			<content:encoded><![CDATA[Mit Urteil vom 09.03.2016 (<em>Az. 12 O 151/15</em>) hat das Landgericht Düsseldorf entschieden, dass die Einbindung des Facebook-Like-Buttons auf der eigenen Website, wie er von Facebook angeboten wird, gegen das Datenschutzrecht verstößt.
